Root canal treatment, i.e. endodontics, consists in the thorough cleaning of the canals in the affected tooth, and next in filling them completely. In our ward, root canal treatment procedures are performed with the application of microscope of the global leader, the Leica company. Our experience of several years, and also globally-recognised equipment and materials, make it possible to conduct root canal treatment ensuring the precise curing of a tooth.
For many years, we have been applying the microscope in root canal treatment because these procedures require working in the small fissures of the teeth. Working with the use of a enlarged photo provides an appropriate visibility and the precision of treatment, which is required for providing the highest quality of performed procedures.
Microscopic root canal treatment, with the additional application of a dental dam protection, makes it possible to achieve the best quality of effects.
Moreover, applying modern equipment makes it possible to shorten the process of treatment as much as possible. On average, it requires 2-3 visits, albeit it might be longer. The total time of root canal treatment is determined on the case-by-case basis, depending on the level of case complexity.
The physicians employed at Tymodental are the members of the Polish Society of Endodontics, whose members are specialists in the field of endodontics, and that fact means that our Patients rest assured that they can expect the highest standard, professionalism and the complete safety of root canal treatment.
